We have an excellent opportunity for a Deeds Clerk to join our busy Administration Team based in Tauranga. The hours for this position are flexible. To be successful in this role you will need to be an organised and efficient individual who works well in a team environment.
We are seeking a candidate with relevant experience to meet the following responsibilities:
•    Enter Deeds into our practice management software
•    Provide quality control on Deeds and identify any training requirements
•    Produce Deed related reports as requested
•    Process closed files through the practice management software
•    Manage the storage and retrieval of closed files
Skills required:
•    An understanding of legal documents (previous experience in a legal executive role would be an advantage)
•    Systems based work habits
•    Accuracy
•    Attention to detail
•    Ability to prioritise
•    Ability to work in a team environment
