Simon Collett is a partner specialising in property and trusts with an emphasis on residential and retirement developments and rental property portfolios.
Simon also advises on a range of commercial matters such as business structures, contract negotiation and shareholders agreements.
After completing University, Simon commenced practice in Auckland at Cairns Slane. He joined Holland Beckett in 1999.
Simon acts for a number of local property developers, commercial property owners and clients with small to large investment property portfolios.
He is a director of the Tauranga YMCA, and is trustee of a number of charitable trusts.
