Nicholas Swallow

Nick joined Holland Beckett in October 2010.  He has a background in utilities organisations and worked in the UK for a number of years before studying law in Wellington. 

He has since gained experience working for both developers and territorial authorities and has experience in the preparation of submissions and appeals on planning documents and the preparation of resource consent applications.  Nick has also been closely involved in developments in environmental compensation law and the application of these to large scale infrastructure projects.

Nick is a keen angler and enjoys the excellent outdoor opportunities offered by living in the Bay.
