Melissa is a senior solicitor working in Holland Beckett’s litigation team, based in our Rotorua office.

In 2015 Melissa completed a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and French at Massey University Wellington. In 2018 she completed her Bachelor of Laws at University of Canterbury. She moved to Rotorua in 2018 to join Holland Beckett and was admitted to the bar in 2019.

She provides advice to clients on a wide range of general litigation matters and has appeared in the District Court, High Court and various Tribunals. She has experience in commercial and company law, insolvency matters, Harassment Act applications, trusts and estates, contentious relationship property, and employment issues. She enjoys helping clients to consider pragmatic solutions, including alternative dispute resolution as a pathway.
